Because the blackpill is intended to be hard to swallow. When you tell a normie that depression doesn't actually exist for example, they will instantly go into fight or flight mode and do mental gymnastics about how "but what if some people say they depressed." If it was easy to accept certain types of truths they wouldn't be blackpills in the first place.
