Sure but cooking beans is just as easy. Fill a dutch oven with beans and water, bake at 350 for 3 hours, done. It's a lot harder to overeat like that too and you won't get carb cravings. I spend less than 2 hours a week cooking and I make everything I eat. I'm getting around 2250 calories a day too so it's a lot more food than you would need to make.
