Because "feminist ideology" isn't a real thing. Women simply have a massive in-group preference for evolutionary reasons (but also hate each other, they just understand that other women are less dangerous than men). "Feminism" is a disingenuous methodology for women leveraging sex and shame against men in order to extend their privileges (rights are in and of themselves a false concept and a dead start). Any man who claims to be le heckin' feminist is inherently unappealing to women because:
1) He knows but doesn't care that "feminism" is a methodology for acquiring privileges and just wants to insert himself into female spaces to get laid. (Pathetic and passive.)
2) He doesn't know feminism's nature and has genuinely bought into its rhetoric and genuinely hates himself and other men. (Women hate submissive men more than anything else).
3) He knows and does care and is cynically, actively seeking to insert himself into female spaces to take advantage of women using his masculinity, which he disguises under elaborate layers of helplessness, allyship and performative femininity. This may sound like the first option, but where the first option is just desperate and pathetic where a man seeks to seem helpless in order to hopefully he prey, this option makes the man an active predator who acts as a chameleon to blend in before striking.
TL;DR women know feminism is fake and any man they meet who buys into it or pretends to buy into it is a valid subject suspicion or derision.
