1. I Scored pretty well on exam. But if you have anxiety, yes its difficult.
2. They DID require pullups when I went. They had the fucking rack in the office and I was told a lot of people have to work to meet that requirement.

For level 1 helpdesk, or even remote help desk lvl 1, you need NO qualifications outside of being able to tell someone to restart their PC.

Lvl 2 will want at least an A+ Cert and maybe associates, but experience pays.

Unless you've been looking for one already, two weeks of searching won't get you a job. As for being useless, you are young, you can learn new things. Besides, most workers on any job do and know jack shit, they are just there because they are either family or friends with a higher-up or are good at pretending to be working when the higher-up is around.
