(PICREL ISN'T ME JANNIES, i found it on a plastic surgery community because the before looks like my boobs)

i have average boobs (c cup) that have a big gap between each other. i wear pushup bras that make them look better but when i'm naked, i hate how they naturally look. this makes me dread anyone seeing me because they are going to think i have a better body than i truly do and feel disappointed.

i think big boob halo is insane, so i really want to get a boob job to make them bigger, less saggy and also closer to each other. i think picrel is an incredible result for example, that is exactly what i want to look like too.

They look fine but they feel alien and like I've done something really wrong to my body, body horror is the best approximation. I might be slightly schizophrenic so that could be it, but it's been fucking me up from the moment I looked down my body after surgery.
The scars are adding to the feeling too but they're from the breast lift rather than from the implant. Mine are healing well, at least.
My advice is don't do it, but if you really want to just save extra money to get them out if you hate them.
And to be honest, small boobs can be cute and elegant.

But of for all the bad reasons you convinced yourself to still do it, take extreme care because depending on the way they put the implant and location of the cut, you can lose all sensations in your tits, and that would be disastrous for you.
If I remember correctly, the bottom cut (the most practiced), is both the one that hides batter the scar, but also the one that have the highest chance of make you lose any feelings. Like close to 100%.
Lastly, remember that having a child will make your boobs grow a lot, and that you can keep the growth (or at very least part of it) with exercises.

So, I repeat, keep your natural breasts for better health, sensations and well being.

Also, as said in this thread, when you will be pregnant, your breast will grow.
And saggyness is due to bra and lack of exercise, so work on yourself instead of thinking that a surgeon will magically give you your dream body.

Also, you have to change them every 10 years, give or take. How awkward would it be if you can't afford it in a decade, and can only pay for removal of the old ones for health reasons?

I don't reccomend getting breast implants unless you're a sex worker. For the money and the health complications, you should have concrete plans to get something out of them.
