To pursure one's own interest (such as your well-being and quality of life) yes. Otherwise, no. For example, if I wanted to work a well-paying job but needed to act like a normalfag, then I'd probably do it for just so I could make the money. Once I had made X amount of money, I would return to an easier/lesser job for the sake of my mental health (stress/anxiety).
