I meant that luck is a huge factor in relationships. for example, i have a friend who often went to another friend's house. they just so happened to be close enough where he'd hang out with him almost every day. his friend has a sister, and her sister had a friend who would show up, also almost everyday. this is the mutual friend situation that i was talking about earlier. yeees we agree there, but i'm saying even people who don't spend time alone still need to rely a lot on luck. i used to hang out with my friends all the time, i just happened to not hang out at the house of the one friend who had a sister, and therefore had a female friend around. Therefore I was never in that situation where I had a lot of time to talk to a woman in that scenario. I'm still social and have other female friends though, but even those female friends I met nearly exclusively by pure chance. RNG is a huge factor, but yes, you do still have to put yourself out there.
