I am 26 and my mother micromanages my whole life. From legal documents to behavior, I don't have any autonomy. I can't go out without telling her why/when/where/for how long im gonna be away. She still comes into my room at night to check if im on my phone. She turns off the wifi when she is angry at me for not following her orders. My entire psyche and body have been obliterated and i dont have a will to do anything anymore. Because there is no point in making advances they will just be shut down. Meanwhile my two sisters are career women, moved out, have kids and are psychologically well off. But mommy needs to protect her little boy at all costs he cannot see the outside world it's too dangerous.

have you ever considered not being a fuckup? do you have a job?

I'm very sorry to hear that. It's really tough to be in that type of situation. You need to stand your ground to her in some way, since she probably is deluded into thinking she's helping you by basically keeping you as a prisoner.

Bruh you need to move tf out even if you're homeless for a while. Just live in your car or something

Get a job so that you are not entirely reliant on her then start standing up for yourself. She's probably afraid of being alone once her last kid moves out, so if you show that you will leave unless she fucks off, she will let you be more independent.

I want to take charge with my boyfriend like this, it's only more and more until I have it all lol. Things I would do and such a way healthier, exciting, and fun then the way you wrote it which is very negative.

tell her she should also make arrangments for when you die. prepay a tombstone and place for your ashes. if she's not a complete imbecile, she should understand.

Call the police and say she won't give you your documents. Then take your documents. Then go to the psych ward. Then go to the homelesss shelter they're mandated to send you to. Then go back to the psych ward. Then tell them you need a group home. Go to the group home. Work on a disability case. Become a NEET. This is what you should do. Your life is 100% fucked regardless so just do this.
