I was 11 and curious 15 years ago about the hacker known as 4chan. I used to browse daily in like 10th/11th grade but now I have like a week long phase every 6 months.

around that time, there was a lot of porn and shitposting and memes, but sometimes someone would post about being lonely and a loser, and those were my favorite threads. i was like 16 or 17 in highschool relating to that stuff. i remember i pestered them enough that someone even gave me a link to "welcome to the nhk" light novel on /b/, and i read the whole thing, english version

then r9k came out in 2008 and quickly it became a place for lonely incels to post, we'd call eachother gentlemen and arcanine, and stuff. and i was here ever since

First time was when I was 14. I left immediately because of how mean everyone was.

Second time was when I was 16. I came here just to mess around. I would return every time I wanted to get my anger out or complain about random bullshit.

I stared using mainstream social media but it was fucking boring so I came back here again.

Im seriously thinking about leaving for good mostly because of crabucket in general, and all r9k did was tell me that there are 1000s of other people who grew up exactly like me and ended up getting raped by life. That shit broke me so I stopped visiting until a few months ago.
/pol/ was also disturbing to me but I quickly realized no one took anything seriously and nothing I saw on there aligned with what I saw in the real world vs ~30% of what r9k suggests is support by what I see irl.

Kinda depressed that is basically fate for me to die alone and poor no matter what background I come from unless I am bless with insane looks/wealth. I live in upper middle class neighborhood and im watching everything rapidly deteriorating around us.

I hope there is an end to everything so we can restart. Im hyped for the anarchy following burgerlands inevitable collapse so I can actually serve a purpose in life.

A friend in high school told me there was Princess Peach hentai here (on /b/). Lo and behold, there was, and I printed some out. I then started regularly coming to this site, and mentally paid the price. This was way back in 2005 I think.

I've visited since 2004 when my weeb classmate in high school told me about it. I started coming more frequently out of boredom since covid19 lockdowns and when a schizo I knew killed himself made me remember this site. Honestly this place probably contributed to his mental decline a lot. Human culture and society has become so boring and empty idk what else to do in my down time.

I think I first came here around 2006 but didn't start daily browsing until 2009 or 2010. Maybe sooner than that I don't know. I started on /b/ and stayed there until the 2010 area, with some /a/, /g/, /k/, and /v/ mixed in. Now I'm only on /r9k/.

i first used this site in 2022. i didnt really understand it much, so i mainly lurked in the wallpaper thread because i didnt know what all the other threads were. i started again this year and ive been using it daily for probably a few months now. im not sure, i lost track of time.
