uh oh another one discovered the deepest pits of hell that is stimfapping. well at least you can stop calling your stimulating drug of choice "meds" now. why not embrace the degeneracy for a while. maybe you'll traumatize yourself enough to find the motivation to escape before your heart gives out. or you could do the BORING thing and tell your doctor to cut you off and start treatment to deal with your newfound addiction. but of course you're in a very important situation right now and you need your pills to function because otherwise you'll lose everything that you consider important so that's obviously not an option
