How do I cope with an overwhelming feeling of needing to disense justice in an unjust world? I'm disgusted with people as a whole and what they're willing to do to each other. Everyone is evil and selfish.

Get off social media, stop engaging with the news.
The most insidious thing the internet does is it trains your mind into thinking about grand injustices, social movements, forces you to think of your own self as a part of a bigger society or cosmos or story.
This might seem like a good thing, but there is a catch to thinking like this.
You completely devalue the part of yourself that actually focuses on your immediate life and your surroundings. That is, the part of you that actually does things and makes changes in the material world.

You're not going to do shit. You're never going to do shit. And I can say that with confidence because you have become another thinker conditioned by internet addiction.
You can percieve the world better than a lot of people can, but anytime you have the drive to do something, that same part of you is going to resist actually doing anything. Logic, abstract thinking, intelligence, being informed, when taken far enough will always lead to nihilism.
So you are living in this constructed hell where you can percieve more, but are held back from doing anything about it.

Start training your mind to value the part of you that actually does things and make changes.
