I gained 120 pounds taking this shit for less than a year, then easily lost it all the next year. This was in the mid 2010s and I still have red stretch marks all over my body.

I can't say I noticed anything bad, really just weight loss due to reduced hunger. I'm not the best source thought because I was in withdrawal from opioids at the same time, which overshadowed any other potential health issue.
