Ssris aren't proven to work, they barely do better than placebo. Wellbutrin has similar success rates. Both have shitty side effects. Prazosin probably doesnt help with your panic attacks or ptsd nightmares but your doctor is scared to give you a benzo. If you genuinely need Adderall for executive dysfunction and not because you're lazy then there's nothing that can be done about that, same with the abilify for psychosis but not if you just desperately want to have psychosis because you think it makes you interesting. If you're not on these meds for a legitimate reason you'll be happier without because side effects suck whether you're aware of how they're affecting you or not.
So basically half of this crap doesn't work and the other half, if you don't need it, you'll be better off without.
I've done and seen people i know take the pill cocktails and researched them and they're almost always a couple of necessary meds padded with garbage you don't need unless you're dying or a bpd freak who collects mental illnesses like Pokemon.
If you want to actually be happy eat cleaner, work out, and start jumping at the opportunity to talk to anyone and hang out or go to events even if you're an awkward freak.
