That's a purposeful misreading of OP's sentiment. Yeah, that's how his gf took it, but isn't at all what he meant by it.
Fantasizing about playing around with obviously impossible, unrealistically shaped prosthetics doesn't in any way indicate that he's unsatisfied with her actual body. It's like.. having her put on elf ears or wear hooves or something. To inhabit a form so far removed from possibility that it can only be fantasy. She might not be into it and that's fine, but to imply that the fantasy means he thinks her actual body is insufficient is bonkers.
If my girlfriend had a fantasy about devil horns and asked me to wear some for her, I might or might not do it, but I wouldn't think for a second it meant that she wished I had horns in real life, or thought I wasn't evil enough or whatever.
