Have you manifested yours?

No because I'm too lazy and too busy but I manifested friends and a situationship 2 years ago (I manifested all of them away by constantly imagining the worst). I even had the same scenes play out

How did you manifest the situationship?

Inner conversations (+Mental diet) + SATS (without sleeping, just daydreaming the same scenes throughout the day)
If you don't know what that means, I can link the relevant talks by Neville Goddard about it. If you know, then you know.
It's all about removing every bad thoughts and making yourself go cuckoo and thinking you've got everything and be satisfied with the talks you have inside your head (as if you really them with real people).

Okay, my memory is a bit (read: a lot) rusty. I'm running on old hardware, but basically for you simply have to get rid of every bad thoughts about yourself or your life. If your parents fucking die tomorrow then it might be hard, so it might be better to pause it, but otherwise you need to make it so your brain is more used to thinking positively about yourself and your life, than thinking negatively (if your life is stressful in general, you can ACKNOWLEDGE it, but you need to MOVE ON and learn to not let it get the better of you). It sounds hard, and it is at first, but you sort of quickly get used to it. That was Mental Diet. And why do it? So nice things happen to you because you think nice thoughts, since reality stems from the subconscious.

Inner conversations is simply having conversations in your head. You know, like when you're arguing with your boss in shower... Yeah well, stop that. Never argue with anyone. Ever notice how you can sometimes predict long in advance what someone is going to say? Probably because of that, or there would be too many coincidences (happened too many times to me). Instead start having nice conversations instead. And start having them with your future girlfriend
Neville talks about it more here, he'll explain much better than me. It's the second audio but both are worth listening to. I think the first is a good intro to this entire thing.

Also, you need to start FEELING like you have what you want. Feel RELIEVED because you have a GF for exemple. Basically mentally larp, go through the day AS IF. And don't falter.

At the beginning it would seem such a mysterious concept to just FEEL like that it would seem impossible and way too hard, but then you quickly get used to it. The very beginning is the hardest because it requires you to make an effort. As always with all of this btw, beginning is the hardest, then it very quickly becomes quite easy. It's basically rewiring the brain.

SATS is more complicated to explain (Neville had 5 pretty lengthy lessons explaining the various techniques while quoting the Bible repeatedly, they're called The Five Lessons, you might want to listen to AI audios or read them if you want, most people do not so you don't have to). I recommend looking at explanations online through various Neville quotes or lectures or more easily through reddit posts with a lot of upvotes. Basically type "Neville SATS reddit" online, or something like that

So uhm, basically, it's imagining yourself in any kind of scenario. Let's say you're imagining yourself giving an apple to somebody. Well, first what you need to do is RELAX. Then you need to imagine IN THE FIRST PERSON. How do you do it? You look at your hands, see where they are, close your eyes, imagine your hands where you left them, do the same for your room, and repeat the process until you get used to seeing in first person when imagining (the reason why our imaginative scenarios never manifest is probably because so many of us imagine from the third person, but also because of the next point probably). Then once you're relaxed, you start imagining the scene you want (it's better if you plan it out ahead).

2/3 sorry kek

So, like I said, I was giving an apple. Well this scene is going to last FIVE seconds. It needs to be short. And what I'm gonna do is put myself in the scene, and imagine my surroundings in details, feel the ground beneath my feet, feel the wind, smell the odors, hear distant sounds; basically everything possible to make the scene as vivid and realistic as possible. Then go through the five second scene once, and do it again, and again, and again, and again, until you lose yourself in it. It needs to be the same scene, and it needs to restart everytime. You do that until you fall asleep, is what they say.
But I couldn't fall asleep doing that, which is okay (if you manage to fall asleep apparently you can manifest overnight). So what I did was repeat the scene until I felt at ease, as if I just experienced it for real, and then went through my day carrying the feeling. And most importantly, before sleeping. Because when sleeping, it's like our brain is living a separate life experience the feelings you went to sleep with, and then your brain gives you back the life it imagined (does it make sense? No? Well TLDR; go to sleep FEELING like you made it)

Anyways, I recommend the Neville Goddard subreddit. It's pretty shit, but if you go by top posts from this week, this month, this year and all of time you find a lot of good posts.
Avoid /x/ because they're painfully retarded (at least in the manifesation thread) and will just make you doubt everything through their retardation
You can find plenty of kino Neville lectures on youtube also, but they get weird
That's about it

Also, to end things: DON'T OVERCOMPLICATE THINGS

I know this seems like a lot, but the truth is that FEELING is the secret like Neville also said.
Whatever your way of achieving it, you need to FEEL like you've made it, and KEEP AT IT.
Understand your surroundings, but don't give them too much importance. You need to keep and choose what is toxic for your mindset. Avoid doomer memes for example

Now that's it for real. Hard at the beginning, not so much after that

Holy yeah I didn't read the thread. I'm surprised it's a studied phenomena. I didn't know things like Hypnagogia (SATS) had a name. Personally, I've never been good at imagining in 1st person, sometimes I can maintain it for a few seconds to spark my emotions but mostly I'm following an alter ego. That's mainly how I avoid the negative stigma I have about myself, I can imagine a perfect persona of who I believe I could be if I wasn't plagued by shitty irl circumstance. Thanks for sharing anon it was very informative. I learned a couple things here
