I'll just summarize. I've suffered through poverty, abuse, loneliness all my life. I lost someone due to violence 6 years ago and I'm still going through the grieving process all alone.

I just feel subhuman. I've missed so developmental many milestones at this point while being abused and going through grief.

I'm sorry to hear that, but something I do want you to keep in mind is that whomever you lost wouldn't want you to suffer this much. That's not to guilt you, but rather to understand that if they cared about you, you should care about yourself. It is never too late to try to improve, never too late to try to be happy.

See if you can't find something to occupy your free time. You like hiking? Maybe take up a sport or martial art? I've spent a lot of time bedrotting but even going for a walk once a day is usually a lot better than sitting in my bedroom alone.

Me neither, but I think of it more as just learning the city. I like to go out at night and walk around when I can, see if there's anything that interests you. I would definitely take a CCW with you though.

Decent. I need to get more plates so I can deadlift something that something that I can actually feel. But I also have an actual gym membership for now so I keep putting it off.
