No necessary a shut in but having only a few friends would be the best.Generally autistic people have social problems, I am the same. Also yeah special interest in the things I said in my op post would be the best. But just being nerdy is okay, if she likes to read fantasy books then this is also fine I would love to hear about the stories she reads. Generally just someone who I can trust and yapp with and who shares some of my interest.
