it's going alright, but today was a bit rough. lots of stress at work and i felt a bit dizzy the entire day. probably the weather. on a brighter note: my peripherals arrived today and my screen will arrive tomorrow, so i can sit at my desk and pretend a bit. ^^

i've tried some here and there, but i usually get tired of the grind. the only one i stuck with for some time was mtg arena, but that's because they can't go in and make the game less fun to force you to spend money. mtg is just fun at it's core, but i really couldn't stand the ugly card designs and stupid settings anymore.

i'm noone to talk, though. i'm gonna play on a classic world of warcraft private server soon and i'm gonna grind like it's 2004! :D nostalgia is one hell of drug as well. the devs of that server put in a shitton of high quality content on their own though and i'm really looking forward to explore it

yup. friend told me about a good deal and since i'm not willing to spend money on consoles at the moment and turtle wow was really poking at my lizard brain, i bit the bullet. now i'm waiting for everything to arrive. pc will take the longest. might arrive this week, maybe next.

bpd is what happened. also just people being incapable of reading the title of a post before looking at the image, so folk misinterpreted my post, mass-reported me and i got permabanned before i even had a chance to refute assumptions and character defamation. appeal rejected.

i had freelance art clients who wanted to do repeat commissions on hand, and though of course i can make a new account and reach out, because of that social media's tos, i can't go on any communities i was previously on for "ban evasion" reasons. great.

i got some drawing out of the way and im just going to chill for the rest of the day. last time i remember SHing was a week ago bc a cat i rly liked at the shelter i volunteered at got adopted. i loved the little guy so much but i knew i couldn't give it the life it deserved and its new family will anyhow. :)

The thing for me is I can play them when places, so helped. I'd be on my phone with fate grand order or genshin impact while in between things at work or elsewhere and made it something fun to kill time

nothing wrong with that! not as bad as spending money to roll a jpg file. Though definitely could never make it past the grind of mmos for me

that's true. i don't think i've ever had a phone that was good enough to run games like that, so i never bothered to even try. not many gacha games that bother to cater to me anyways, so i guess i was never in any real danger. ^^

i spent enough money on the actual game back in the day and i've spent quite some money on rolling for jpg files printed on mtg cards and other tcgs... (^-^;) pulling stuff out of packs is fun. at least for a while.

not something that was always the case, but last and current gen really dropped the ball. i might have even gotten the ps5 if that thing wasn't the ugliest piece of hardware i've ever come across. that actually made me go over the pros and cons of having it in my home and having to look at it. decided to wait for the pro and see if they fixed my biggest issues but they didn't and decided to charge even more for the privilege. quite the disappointing experience.

one of the reasons to stay with sony for me was fromsoft, but they put a lot of their games on pc as well now and i have to admit that their games have moved away more and more from what i enjoyed about them, so there's not much keeping me on the platform.
