Lack of expectations to privacy is only insofar as what you can normally see. A person walking down the street can't see under a woman's skirt, so she has the right to privacy under her skirt.
Similarly, you have the right to privacy in a public bathroom (at least the stall, not the sink. But cameras still aren't allowed in the sink area of bathrooms either).

Okay, so do I. I don't really see how that's relevant to my post though.
I was able to get rid of almost all my back problems by sleeping on a japanese futon on the floor btw. Like, before I was on prescription meds due to how bad it was, not I'm fine unless I do something stupid and pull a muscle.
