True but due to mental illness I constantly have to cross check future and past event's with a idealized what if-lense, leading me to this analysis

no now I live in constant regret that I working below my capacity and I never fulfill my capabilities
there is only cope, avoidance and living with the mistakes left (until I make it)
if not, I will die with my mistakes
