it should start working within a day or two but it doesnt burn fat by itself. all ozempic does is make it easier to starve yourself by supressing the hunger hormone when hungry, and increasing who quickly you feel full. If you're someone who absolutely can't stand being hungry. Where hunger feels like torture to you, then it won't work. Ozempic tolerance is a thing. Some people just have strong apetities and the only way they'll lose weight is with rigous exercise, not a healthy diet
