Ukranian female soldiers are there as "moral support for the unit. Basically you are a frontline comfort girls. Some girls have reported the were told they were required by the unit head to service the men.

Ukraine does have women in combat roles (up to 10k currently) but they also around 1 million men in combat roles so you'd pretty much only be surrounded by men, unless you wanna be a nurse behind the frontlines or something like that. I highly doubt there are many women among foreign fighters but you can try to see if they even allow you to join. Do you have military experience?
