Honestly as long as you have fat reserves the only thing you strictly need is vitamins and minerals, both of which can be obtained via supplements. You'll also need to drink significantly more water since you won't be getting any from food. Just make sure to look up refeeding syndrome and act appropriately when you start eating again

As I got nearer to my 40s I noticed I went from being big(bmi 22-23) to nearing super fat bmi 24. So anytime the scale nears 190 I take two or three days and not eat. I call it wine fasting, the only calories I consume come from wine, typically 1-1.5 bottles before sleep. While up I keep cold brew green tea, two 2qt containers means there's always one that has nteepf 12-16 hours. Finish one and make new batch while drinking from the second. When I do eat again I typically crave fat. So I roast whatever with a lot of butter. Pork chop, broccoli, mushrooms, steak, asparagus, cabbage, chicken leq quarter, brussel sprouts, carrots, just whatever is handy. Not parsnips though, they are too confused. Zucchini or squash. Really doesn't matter as long as it's butter. Then back to wine fasting again. Takes maybe two weeks to get back down to 180 which is where I like to stay.
The method works because a bottle of wine is only about 25% of a days calories. The butter days are good because fat is the main driver of weight loss. Ketolards get everything wrong, ketosis is actively harmful to the body, they only imagine an improvement in health because their diet was previously too low in fat. Most Americans eat very unhealthy, majority of diet is plant based and low in saturated fat. As long as less than 50% of calories come from vegetables and grains, and at least 25% comes from fat you're probably gonna be OK. Sounds too easy but 33% from each macronutrient is an ideal ratio.
