3. Stop generating behavioral data on the Internet. Reject cookies, use incognito, use adblock. Avoid websites that make money from traffic (4chan, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook...). Favor open source projects.

4. Destroy your smartphone and get an old Nokia. Smartphones combined with capitalist apps and websites are running the economy right now, and we could literally end it ourselves. Just get over your meme addiction and attention seeking.

5. Don't use AI for anything. You don't want to outsource your brain to a capitalist machine. If you don't use it, you will lose it.

6. Use cash only. Boycott "cashless" services that require Apple pay, Visa or similar form of digital currency. Crypto is ok.

7. Get an old car that you can fix yourself. Better yet, ride a bicycle.

8. Never download Tinder or pay a middle man for basic human interaction.

9. Eat red meat. Keep the demand up so they can't make us eat tempe.

10. Stop giving women likes and attention online. Force them to go back outdoors for socializing.
