Do you think being online so much especially on sites like 4chan is a detriment to your mental health? I feel like there is no way to use this site responsibly for like the 0.1% of potential good content it could offer (for creative outlet for example). So the only viable option seems to quit completely.

Pretty much. I came here when I was having hard times in real life already anyway, so felt like I belonged.
Problem was, it made me so much worse than I was when I first came here.
