Yes I think there is .
1. First off all: stop watching pornography, this point is beyond questioning. (A healing proces of years in itself)
2. Don't express or entertain the urge to be humilliated/destroyed.
3. Acknowlage that this impulse is a perverted form of love, service and humility.
(It eroticises the equasions humility = humiliation, service = asymetrical, sensuality = destruction)
4. Acknowlage that expression of this perversion of natural human expression comes at a grave cost to your spiritual/psychological wellbeing.
5. By way of Jungian introspection look for the reasons behind your perversion.
(And strive to heal them)
There are deep psychological defects for masochism, often stemming from childhood and/or the inability to express it's healthy opposite.
6. Focus on the qualities of humility, service and care within a steady relationship / marriage.
The urges and porn induced visuals will fade over time.
For the rest of your life perhaps, certain associations will stir the urge in you. Never give in. Suffer trough them.
Over time though, the effects of this blight will fade from your personality.
Trust me I know.
Lived it.
