shit looks fucking boring, jve never played it and never will. the only valve games i play are cs 1.6 with bots and gmod by myself

It's the only game like it. A team shooter that has a good art style and aesthetic and feeling to it that has never been recaptured even close to other games.

Okay maybe Super Monday Night Combat was SIMILARish but even then. R.I.P

I clocked a few thousand hours into it. Occasionally come back to it.
TLDR, it is the perfect shooter, period. Easy to pick up, insanely fun and complex mechanics, high skill expression. I do not see myself playing anything else. I tried modern ones and it just does not hit the same.

Tf2 seems to attract poser and grifter types who can tell you they played since Orange Box but not the end of HL2
