>You are now in the world of Kenshi

How do you react? What would you do? How would you perform? Would you prefer this to your current life?

Absolutely.
I'll do some odd jobs until I get enough money to rent a house. Train, get someone to train me, get some followers and join the Empire and become a low-level priest and live a comfy life.

Well that depends, do I get stats and can I improve them by grinding mindlessly like Kenshi characters? I assume I can't stop time or pan to 3rd view but if I can't become superhumanly strong by mining on a diet of cactus without developing joint problems and shit like Kenshi characters then I'm literally an inferior creature in this world and have no chance.
