How to remove scars? Ive heard of surgeries, but what is their price range?

you can get other operations, like microdermabrasion which is bound to be cheaper, with a price range of 100-400$
it works by sanding off the epidermal layer of the skin, which is good for stuff like mild-moderate acne scarring but if you have any deep or prominent cuts it may not be as effective

Having scars forces you to hide and not wear certain clothers at all times, there is always worry about someone discovering my scars and telling other people, whenever someone is present, anything can go wrong and the scars can be seen, plus i just want to change and move away from that bad period of my life, i havent been cutting for a long time and thats a good thing, the old scars are just shitty reminders

bloodwork is fine and the samples they took didn't show anything out of ordinary, which is good, but that doesn't help me with my issue, so i've been referred to a specialist.
