I started taking Vyvanse which helps with adhd and anxiety for me, but it does cause mood disregulation sometime. But as long I exercise and sleep well that helps with that. If you have ADHD, anxiety, or depression, try some Vyvanse, shit works.

Your hypothetical future in this context is no different from the you right now your just obscured with conditionings making you think you have to take medications and that you have to a long process in order to be happy yet so many people fail to realize that happiness is only conditional based on arbitrary rules people and you put on yourself. Its just slapping lipstick on a pig and lying to your self in order to make yourself feel okay. The truth is everyone is victim to the cult like environment where you if you dont follow the rules your traumatized because everyone convinced its bad. But whos it bad too? Who's really benefiting from me following these rules or who's really hurting if I dont? If you try looking for a answer you will never find one its just everyone constantly reinforcing ways for you to live life a certain way in order to keep stability so we can feel comfortable because its things we know.
