I mean in a truly eugenic society all individuals of both genders im the bottom 20-30% or so would just be killed outright and then the men pick which women they want starting from the most powerful. At least, that's how real life societies that practiced "eugenics" worked. These women will still claim to be practicing some sort of "natural order" thing tho because to women all words are simply buzzwords and have no particular assigned meaning
