As long as you can bear children you're fine.

If you can't bear children, you probably need to lose weight. If weight is truly not a factor, my condolences. Not all men want children and adoption is an issue, but yeah you take a hit then.

nah it's entirely doable if you basically rebuild your whole face with it (deemphasise lips, cheekbones, whatever) and slap on a ton of eyeliner. most goth and alt girls look like shit without makeup. i'm not saying women will think you look good, but men will.
