>can't spell "clock-in" without "lock-in"
>so let's get this bread...obtain the grain

Look at the ratio of men to women in that image. Women do more exciting jobs, get sex, relationships, travel the world and enjoy life. What's in it for you? You can't even get laid. Men are sadly meant for low skilled work to keep society rolling. I will not play that game.

There's one woman in particular at my warehouse job who literally started over the summer, and she's now given supervisor authority. She didn't work hard before, but now she's basically a walking clipboard. Fucking DEI is real.

What would you change to make it comfy like home? For one, those people standing there look like they could use a stool to sit sometimes without it interfering with their work.

Nothing really, but at the very least, I'd add some sort of heating during the colder months (I work in as low as 16-degrees F in the dead of winter, and as high as 105-degrees F in the height of summer)

You seriously telling me the only sucky thing about waging in your place is that there's no climate control? You would really be 100% happy with just that? What do you like about your job so much?
