for me i used to work, but never longer than 3 months
rogers inbound sales, mcdonalds, car factory manufactoring, other manufactoring factory work, cleaning for a house that was being constructed, warehousing for a fine china dealer, various other types of menial shit jobs

i hated it all. i get no hoes regardless so its better im unemployed

You must work. You need to fulfill your role in society. Your role has been designated as being the sad wagie stuck in a deadend job until he dies. Society needs men like you. Men make up the majority of warehouse, factory and other shitty, dead-end jobs. Women don't need to put up with it as they can date up or just have kids/live off government assistance.

What is your reward? The lowest possible wage a company can legally pay you. The amount the government has considered the lowest before men go crazy and cause harm. Just enough to keep men like you thinking that one day it will improve.

most jobs are just adult daycare centers where people can literally be fired for being supposedly creepy (sexual harassment in the post-MeToo era), too ugly leading to your coworkers doing workplace harassment and bullying which usually the incel never wins in a court of law or being annoying (which really means that you are autistic and normies cannot stand hearing you talk at all)
In the case of normies, they can afford to switch jobs constantly and even crash at peoples house if they have a supposed mental health crisis or just get lazy, they can also afford to be in poverty with others adding onto the household income or have their girlfriend or even kids help support them
