They become a mixture of passive and active misogynists who hate and resent women, and submissive men who only know how to defer to women. The difference is how much they internalise the natural misandry of women and how much they reject it.

Total rejection makes an active misogynist, semi-interanlisation and semi-rejection makes a passive misogynist, active internalisation makes for an actively submissive, self-loathing male, while passive internalisation makes for a "nice guy" archetype.
