to be more specific, whenever I eat, I thank God for the food. I thank the animal for the sacrifice of its life, I thank the farmers, the deliver drivers, the grocery store clerks, the people who write food safety laws, anything I can think of. I ask that the food brings nourishment, energy, and healing. In the morning, I'm thankful to be alive and to experience the day, and all the great things that come with it. At night, i'm thankful for making it to the end of another day.
