The main problem for autistic men when it comes to dating is that women always expect men to ask them out first. But women send signals beforehand that autistic men cannot see or process correctly. In recent years, asking out a woman who does not send signals is considered harassment. As a result, autistic men never initiate dates, and women do not ask them out either.
The other problem is that most dates involve social circles where you talk to multiple women and are always subtly flirting, so trying to interact more with one woman is seen as an invitation to sex. But being autistic and never talking about social hobbies or having a social life is implicitly not asking a woman out on a date.
Even if you are above average in physical attractiveness, above average in social class, and clearly above average in personal hygiene, it is still not enough if you don't take the first step.
That's why in incel communities it's said that white men can't be incels. Because some Asian, Latina, or Black woman will end up with them if they ask her out. An average white man can easily get a non-white girl even if he's autistic.
Society is too focused on sex, race, social class, and physical attractiveness than they want to admit, and the media prefers to send the opposite message that autistic men learn as good boys and fail.
