i went out for a run last night,
first time i've ran since i was a teenager.
my body has basically forgotten how to run
it felt like i was experiencing a body high,
you know when you're high and moving feels weird? it felt just like that
my heels were hurting,
my achilles tendon was hurting and still kind of is
am i supposed to stretch before running now that i'm 30?
i remember as a kid i could run and there was no pain, actually running felt good back then
what the hell is going on?
what do i do?

are you really 30?
you should get a personal trainer so you don't get injured. they cost quite a bit but i wouldn't work out without one.

Yeah doing anything without being flexible and lifting over time will cause you to get extremely tight everywhere which will cause overuse and inflammation of your tendons and wherever

Not Running, you will just destroy your body
Lift and walk and reduce calories if u wanna get fit
And stretch

how come prison niggas get all jacked in prison? can't i just do prison push ups and burpies instead? i don't have lifting equipment or money for a gym membership.
walking seems like it doesn't help and i want to run because it represents freedom in a way to just sprint. if i walk enough can i slowly work my way into jogging?
