i went out for a run last night,
first time i've ran since i was a teenager.
my body has basically forgotten how to run
it felt like i was experiencing a body high,
you know when you're high and moving feels weird? it felt just like that
my heels were hurting,
my achilles tendon was hurting and still kind of is
am i supposed to stretch before running now that i'm 30?
i remember as a kid i could run and there was no pain, actually running felt good back then
what the hell is going on?
what do i do?
