There are several motions I do due to being a chronic anime enjoyer, and people most likely find me cringe. also, since I watch a lot of vtubers and a lot of vtubers are zoomer women who end certain words with "-uh" I've picked that up as well. Very cringe trait for a 24 year old male desu. So at least you're not alone.
