Anyone surprised by how much of a loser they are?

I am quite a bit. I used to have 3 very good friends in uni and I had to move out to a different location when I became a wagecuck

Drifted away from my prev friendships and I was never able to make a single new friend at work or otherwise.

Its been 7 years since I last talked to anyone as a friend that is not immediate family. Quite shocking how much of a loser I am. I dont even bother with woman since not having a social circle is a big red flag

Yeah, sometimes it just hits me in a massive wave. The uncanny thing is how slowly things slipped. I did not notice them changing. Then sometimes I randomly think "oh shit, I'm this person now". Not that I was ever an extreme normalfag. But I used to have friends and such in middle school.

Yeah I did well in school and then fell off a cliff afterwards. Fortunately I have five gigebased friends that put up with me being a loser even though three of them are very successful.. Maybe they just feel sorry for me.

yes.
as other anons have said, 90% of the time you just occupy yourself but that other 10 you realise how far off baseline you are as a person.
i know i'll kill myself eventually, there is realistically no upward projection in life for people like us, just not today.
