im not up to date on gun laws, but isnt this already be a thing? Gender dysphoria, the mental illness that causes transgenderness, is a mental illness. So therefore should be considered when background checking if someone is mentally stable enough to own a gun

This is a way to placate conservatives (and a good chunk of liberals) by making them comfortable with gun grabbing laws by starting off slow, and easing them into it by pulling rights for trannies, autists and other undesirables, until eventually nobody is able to legally apply for a firearm and purchase it.

The end goal of the people writing these laws is getting all guns banned outright so the American populace is at the mercy of knife-wielding paki and muzzie rape gangs like over in the UK.
