I don't understand why some people think that today's lookism based relationships are a kind of natural selection that's going to purge all the ugly people from the genepool and create a world with less suffering. In reality more people are having fewer kids or none at all. Plus don't they realize cosmetics and surgery let people hide their true selves?

they also don't understand recessive genes and randomness in alleles, genetic drift. It's not like any of this matters, words can't convince a religious person that they're wrong.
