Yesterday I deliberately slept all day after an all-nighter so that I would have the energy to pull another all nighter and then stay awake until a few hours before a normal bed time, where I will go to bed and then set an alarm at a normal waking time. By the evening of 9/6, if this all goes right, I should achieve a normal sleep schedule and be tired

The problem with that plan is that the post-all-nighter day feels tiresome and sad, but I guess it is what I will need to do if I want to get my shit together, good luck on trying to fix your schedule anon

>the post-all-nighter day feels tiresome and sad
I've prepared for this by sleeping all day yesterday. I woke up at 7pm in the evening and I've been up since. I also had an energy drink.
