Right there, "Judge not." The rest is a reason why, but you don't need a reason. Jesus said, "For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished." He didn't quote all of Psalm 82 in his defense of his divinity, just the relevant parts.

The process Jesus gave us in Matthew 18 means that you do it one-on-one with a brother at first, then with an intermediary, then with the whole church, and if they do not listen, then treat them as a non-believer. You and I are not part of the same church, and so by default we must treat each other as non-believers. Is this how you treat perceived non-beleivers? How do you expect anyone to like your version of Christianity?
