I really can't think of a way to navigate this situation that doesn't end in the spaghetti getting ruined or you eating spaghetti with live shart in your pants.
Maybe turn another burner on low and move the 'ghetti over while you clean? Finish cooking it, cover it and put in the microwave then deal with the shart?
