It's very unlikely for siblings to fall in love multiple generations in a row, and even if they did we have a concept of danger from incest and we'd be able to avoid having kids if it did happen. It's obviously worse if races with worse genes like jews/arabs/jeets do it even once, but arguably them breeding at all produces worse products than any case of incest.
