Back then I bought into the /biz/ meme that I could live off passive income: so $100,000 invested yields = $333 a month (4%) so I tried to live off that LOL.
First I bought an ebike and trailer for $2,000 and got a discount YMCA membership (for showers/etc), and a solar panel with battery bank (for electronics) and an unlimited data plan. So yeah I was like vagabond, I'd park it somewhere and then move it a couple days later.
So I was off grid neet for years. But it got old and I ended up back in the rat race. I own a condo now.
