Equality doesn't work but equity does. Women in the military just shits up the military and creates unnecessary inefficiency and sources of conflict where there needs to be cooperation. An equitable solution would be women getting "drafted" for reproduction and fertility purposes.

Yes, there are plenty of non-combat positions. Logistics personnel, nurses and doctors, admin, it's all important to the war machine, and there's no reason women should be excluded.

Part of the reason it's in the state it is is because of women. Standards have been lowered for them to meet qualifications and it has resulted in poor performance.
