NYC and LA for example refuse to supply the FBI with their murder statistics, each city gets thousands per year. also a certain percentage of missing persons and indeterminate cases are actually murders but cant be counted as such. that's why "shadowstats" says there are actually 41,000 murders per year in usa.

there are 15M black adult males in usa. from age 15 to 45 is a 30 year window they're most likely to commit murder. in 30 years there are 1.2M murders in USA. therefore each black adult male has an 8% chance of committing murder within their lifetime if all murders were hypothetically committed by adult black males.
