You could've asked chatgpt how to mitigate the issue in less time than it took you to post this but I will spoonfeed you myself.
Delete the apps. Block the websites. For youtube, use ublock's element picker tool to delete the recommended tab. You can install ublock on firefox's mobile app, delete the official youtube app.

This is also why you get immediate bad vibes from most women you glance at in public. They are so obsessed with this male gaze meme they bang on about on Tik Tok, Insta & X. You don't even have to stare. Just a quick, reflexive glance can get you the death glare. I have even observed them on my peripheral vision, watching & waiting for me to look back at them.
